These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Respond app and related services (“Respond”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, logging in, or using Respond, you agree to these Terms.

To build and improve Respond, we also ask for your permission to use Content beyond your immediate session. Where you give that permission (for example, by opting in during sign‑up or through your organisation’s agreement), you grant Respond an additional licence to:

However, we may still process Content as necessary to provide the service, comply with law, and maintain security, as described elsewhere in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
